Vietnam has set a target that by 2025, all educational institutions will adopt a school governance system based on data and digital technology.
By 2030, digital education will become a mainstay of the higher education system, and 100% of higher education institutions have distance learning programs online.
Ms. To Minh Thu emphasized that Vietnam is committed and guaranteed to finance the education sector, providing funding and loans to educational institutions and students, ensuring the education budget accounts for at least 20% of the total state budget spending.
