EdTech Leader Summit 2026: Navigating The Shift From Fragmentation To Co-designed Ecosystems

On March 27, the EdTech Leaders Summit 2026 successfully concluded in Ho Chi Minh City, exploring new frameworks for sustainable collaboration between educational institutions and technology providers.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀:

1️⃣ 𝗔 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲-𝟮𝟬𝟯𝟬: 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

Analyzing the Vietnamese market, Ms. Nguyễn Hồng Hạnh (CEO of Edtech Agency) noted that despite having over 750 companies, the landscape remains “systematically fragmented.”
The discussion highlighted a shift toward co-designed ecosystems, drawing inspiration from centralized models in Singapore and classroom-based innovation in Finland, to create continuous data-driven improvement loops.

2️⃣ 𝗔𝗜 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

Representatives from Prep shared insights on AI’s role in addressing training bottlenecks.
Beyond being a tool, AI represents a paradigm shift with the potential to reduce training and testing costs by 70-90% through personalization and real-time feedback environments.

3️⃣ 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀: 𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲

Panelists from Nguyễn Tất Thành University (NTTU), ELSA Speak, and educational psychologists emphasized that digital readiness extends to the psychological preparedness of faculty and students.
Looking toward 2030, digital infrastructure is increasingly viewed in the context of labor market shifts, requiring operational agility over simple hardware acquisition.

4️⃣ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 “𝗖𝗼-𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗿” 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹: 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀

Experts from VNPT, Flexidata, and NTTU reached a consensus on the transition from traditional “buyer-seller” relationships to a collaborative partnership model.
In this framework, schools define practical learning outcomes while EdTech firms act as long-term partners, refining solutions through continuous feedback.

The EdTech Leaders Summit 2026 has solidified Edtech Agency’s role as a bridge and coordinator for sustainable growth of education industry. We believe that “co-design” mindset will anticipate to drive the Vietnamese educational ecosystem throughout the 2026–2035 decade.
