On June 30th, the successful EdTech Agency and VNG Cloud collaboration led to a lively exchange and sharing session in Hanoi. This event brought together AI experts, educators, and over 20 EdTech companies.
During the session, AI expert Le Cong Thanh highlighted the challenges and opportunities facing Vietnamese EdTech companies as they integrate AI into their educational technology products. This integration has the potential to facilitate significant advancements in product development.
Additionally, renowned educators Dr. Ton Quang Cuong and Prof. Nguyen Hieu Hoc shed light on the needs and aspirations from a managerial perspective. They emphasized the importance of collaboration between businesses and educational institutions to address the management and training challenges faced by schools.
Michael Ngo, the representative from ELSA – the leading AI-integrated English learning application, shared valuable insights. He emphasized the necessity for EdTech businesses to define their target users and understand their pain points apparently. This understanding will enable them to develop products that align closely with user needs.
