Did you know that in the near future, technology is going to phase out and replace a lot of traditional jobs? Did you also know that there are more men in technology than there are women? Girls Coding Academy is an Organization that seeks to equip 80% girls and 20% boys with basic computer skills, Robotics, computer science concepts and enable them to engage experimentally in application development. Our purpose is to offer an opportunity for students to participate in an integrative handson program, which includes career and technical education (CTE), science, and digital media concepts, in building a partially-autonomous and remote controlled robot.
