The educational technology (Edtech) market in Vietnam is regarded as one of the fastest-growing Edtech markets in Southeast Asia, thanks to the remarkable advancements in digital technology and the increasing demand for improved educational quality. With a young population and a substantial workforce, Vietnam has become a fertile ground for both domestic and international Edtech enterprises to invest and thrive.
Statistics show that by early 2024, Vietnam had 77 million internet users (accounting for 79.1% of the population) and 168.5 million active mobile connections, equivalent to 169.8% of the total population, indicating that many individuals own more than one mobile device. These figures create favorable conditions for the development of online educational solutions. Online learning platforms, mobile learning applications, and digital teaching tools have become indispensable components of the education system.
